Turn what we do by hand for AI teams into a platform they run themselves.
About the role
Our Partners are the AI teams who buy data from us: frontier labs, voice AI companies, enterprises and public sector programs. Today, a lot of what they get from us is custom. Someone scopes it, someone builds it, someone checks it. That works now. It won't work at scale. You'll own the Kaius platform and turn every custom deal into something a customer can do on their own.
What you'll do
Own the platform end to end: how Partners design a project, target contributors, review and accept data, and get it delivered
Work hand in hand with our Head of Solutions. Every deal they scope teaches us what to build next. You decide what becomes product
Build quality into the product: rubrics, review flows, acceptance criteria, dashboards customers trust
Make delivery easy: formats, APIs, and clean handoff into training and eval pipelines
Keep consent, privacy and provenance built in, across every country we collect in
Work with the Players PM so what Partners need becomes something Players want to do
What we're looking for
You've built technical products for technical customers: data, ML or developer platforms
You know how models get trained and evaluated, and why data quality decides the outcome
You've taken a service-heavy workflow and turned it into self-serve product
Comfortable on a customer call with an ML researcher, and in the weeds with engineers the next hour
You write simply. We're remote-friendly, and concise writing is how we think clearly
Nice to have
Strong plus: you've worked at or with a frontier lab
Labeling or annotation platforms
Multimodal data (audio and video)
Geospatial targeting
Privacy and consent tooling
Probably not for you if
You've only built for consumers. Or you need a full team of designers and analysts before you can write the first spec. Here, you'll often be the one doing both.
Why now
Hard, valuable, fun. The work is already happening by hand. It's real, paid and growing. Your job is to decide which parts become software, and in what order. You'll be the first product person on the platform.
How we hire
No AI screens, coding challenges, etc. A couple of hours working with us instead.
